As someone who’s picky about build quality, this was disappointing. It looked decent when I first opened it, so I gave it 2 stars, but after using it a little the cheaper feel really started to show. A few parts don’t line up quite right, and it already feels kind of loose. For the price, I expected something sturdier. It’s not the worst purchase I’ve ever made, but I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

I bought this from kaabousa.com thinking it would be convenient to take with me, but it feels a lot heavier than I expected. Maybe it depends on what you’re used to carrying, but for me the size makes it kind of awkward, even on shorter trips.
I’m not really sure I’d call it portable based on my experience. I tried using it outside the house once, and after that I mostly just left it at home. It’s a bit disappointing, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I couldn’t find any replacement parts at all. I had a feeling it was going to be a hassle, i should’ve trusted my instinct before spending time looking.

The site was easy to browse, but I do regret not paying closer attention to how dark some of the product photos were. I had to zoom in a few times just to make out the details, which got a little annoying. It’s not a bad experience overall, but the lighting in the photos could definitely be better.

They handled fine and the grip was good, but the tread wore down faster than I expected. For what I paid, I was hoping they’d last a bit longer.

I’ll give it credit, it has decent power and felt fast right away. But for what it costs, I really expected the ride to be a lot smoother. On regular city streets it gets shaky, and the suspension just isn’t as comfortable as I hoped. The brakes are also a little too touchy for my liking. It does get me where I need to go, but I can’t say I actually enjoy riding it. And when something feels this rough after spending good money, dealing with those automated customer service menus just makes it even more frustrating.

I did get help in the end, but the support was kind of slow and took longer than I expected. It wasn’t terrible, just not as smooth as I’d hoped. Did anyone else have the same issue?

I really regret using this charging service. I ended up getting charged twice for the same session, and when I reached out to support, they never actually fixed it. I kept hoping it would get sorted out, but nothing came of it.

I actually like the bike overall, but the battery range has been disappointing. It drains way faster than I expected, even when I’m just using it for normal rides around town. Now I’m having to charge it a lot more often than I planned, which gets old fast. And of course, trying to get clear answers from the automated support system just made it more annoying. I just wanted a straightforward answer, not a robot menu.

They did end up fixing the issue, so I’ll give them that, but the whole process took longer than I expected. At first I was patient, but after the delays started adding up, I found myself wondering if I could really count on them next time. The repair help was okay in the end, just not quick enough to leave me feeling fully confident.

I felt okay using it overall, like it seems safe enough, but it does feel kind of unstable at times. They probably need to smooth that out a bit.

The display looks good to me, at least for what I needed, and the controls were easy to figure out. I kept expecting I’d have to mess around more, but I really didn’t, so that was a nice surprise.

The only thing I noticed, though maybe it’s just my phone or me tapping too fast, is that a few buttons felt a little small. It took me a second here and there, but overall it works fine and I’d probably give it 4 stars.

My order showed up looking like it had a rough trip. The box was crushed and partly open, and everything inside had clearly been tossed around a bit. The items themselves seem decent, so I’m glad about that, but the packaging could definitely use some work

I bought it from Kaabo USA, the suspension is way stiffer than I expected. Normal roads feel rough, and every little bump seems to make itself known like it paid for a ticket. I was hoping for a smoother ride, but apparently my back and the suspension have very different ideas of comfort.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but it actually showed up fast. Delivery went smoothly overall, so no real complaints there.

The brakes felt really weak and made a lot of noise, which didn’t make me feel safe at all. On top of that, I kept having to go through repeated verification steps, which got frustrating. I wouldn’t buy from here again...

Returning the item took way longer than I expected, and I still haven’t gotten no refund back yet. Frustrating, honestly.
